Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 spoons of chia
- 3-4 Healthy Secrets Nutty Sesame Protein Bites
- Fresh berries
Instructions:
1) Layer Greek yogurt and chia in a bowl.
2) Top with berries
3) Add Nutty Sesame Protein Bites to balance of protein, healthy fats, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants and flavor

Ragi Oats Power Bowl
Ingredients:
• 1 cup coconut milk
• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup
• 1/2 cup raspberries plus more for garnish
• 2 teaspoons matcha powder
• 1/4 cup chia seeds
• 2-3 Ragi Oat bites (Healthy Secrets Snacks)
Instructions
1) Blend 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and 1/2 cup raspberries until smooth. Stir in half of the chia seeds and pour into a container.
2) In another container, whisk remaining 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and matcha powder. Stir in remaining chia seeds.
3) Cover both containers and refrigerate overnight.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp almond butter (optional)

- 1 tbsp flaxseeds

1) Blend almond/oat milk, bananas, almond butter, and chia seeds.
