Greek Yogurt Parfait with Sesame Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 spoons of chia
  • 3-4 Healthy Secrets Nutty Sesame Protein Bites
  • Fresh berries

Instructions:

1) Layer Greek yogurt and chia in a bowl.

2) Top with berries

3) Add Nutty Sesame Protein Bites to balance of protein, healthy fats, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants and flavor

Ragi Oats Power Bowl

Ingredients:

•⁠ ⁠1 cup coconut milk
•⁠ ⁠1 cup plain Greek yogurt
•⁠ ⁠2 tablespoons maple syrup
•⁠ ⁠1/2 cup raspberries plus more for garnish
•⁠ ⁠2 teaspoons matcha powder
•⁠ ⁠1/4 cup chia seeds
•⁠ ⁠2-3 Ragi Oat bites (Healthy Secrets Snacks)

Instructions
1) ⁠Blend 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and 1/2 cup raspberries until smooth. Stir in half of the chia seeds and pour into a container.

2)⁠ ⁠In another container, whisk remaining 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and matcha powder. Stir in remaining chia seeds.

3)⁠ ⁠Cover both containers and refrigerate overnight.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (optional)

1) Blend almond/oat milk, bananas, almond butter, and chia seeds.
